Cancellations
Cancellation, no-show and deposit policy for direct bookings with Brava Studio.
Version 2026-10-12 · Text updated on 12 October 2026
1. If you cancel
If you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment starts, your paid deposit is refunded in full. Cancelling exactly at the 24-hour cutoff also entitles you to a refund.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not attend your appointment, the deposit is not refunded.
If no deposit has been paid, there is no amount to retain or refund under this policy.
2. If Brava cancels
If Brava Studio cancels your appointment, your paid deposit is refunded in full, regardless of notice.
3. Your deposit
Your deposit counts toward your final service bill. Your booking must show the exact amount before payment.
For new quotes, the deposit is the highest of these three amounts: 25% of the VAT-inclusive booked total, €10, or €10 per hour of service, proportional to the booked duration. It never exceeds the booked total, and monetary calculations are rounded to the nearest cent.
The price and duration include selected extras and any applicable Legacy price. For example, a 90-minute booking costing €30 requires a €15 deposit; a service costing less than €10 never requires more than its full price.
Previously saved deposits retain their amount and the deposit policy version used to calculate them. A later increase in the freehand design quote does not require another deposit. The remaining balance is paid when the service is settled.
4. How refunds work
When a refund is due, it is returned through the original payment methods. Any part paid with Brava balance returns to the original balance, and any part paid by card returns to that card.
Card refund times depend on the bank and processing status. A refund request does not yet mean the refund is complete.
5. Managing your cancellation
You can manage your cancellation from your booking in the app or contact the studio via WhatsApp · +34 655 04 59 07.
6. External platforms
If you book through Treatwell or another external platform, check the conditions displayed for that booking; they may differ from Brava’s direct booking policy.
7. Consumer rights
This policy does not limit consumers’ mandatory statutory rights.
